IOCL plans to hike ethanol in petrol to 20%
Bhubaneswar: To go green and achieve net zero emissions, the IOCL has set a target to increase ethanol blending in petrol to 20% from the existing 11.8% by 2025. In a press conference on Friday, the IOCL while declaring 2023 as the year of ‘Strengthening the Green Resolve’, unveiled plans of going green and said that its ethanol plant in Bargarh will be commissioned by the next financial year.
