CCB identified the accused as Rajesh, Mohammad Ghouse Pasha, Stephan, Sahil, Srinivas, Vikas, Kumar and others. They would lure customers by showing pictures of the vessels and then invite them to plush hotels. At the hotels, the accused talked of the total value of the vessels, promising they would make the customers richer. Later they would start negotiating the price after quoting Rs 1 crore per vessel.
