Bangladesh announces tender for 50,000 T of wheat, traders claim

European traders reported on Monday that Bangladesh’s state grain buyer had issued an international bid to purchase 50,000 tons of milling Wheat.

They said that the deadline for submitting price offers was October 22.CIF terms are used to determine the price offered in the tender. The terms of the tender include costs associated with ship unloading for the seller.The contract is signed 40 days later.

The wheat can come from anywhere in the world except Israel. It is to be shipped into two ports: Chattogram and Mongla.
