Ludhiana ( Punjab):Will resolve rice millers’ issues, assure officials

DC Jitendra Jorwal and Ludhiana Rural SSP Navneet Singh Bains convened a meeting with rice millers in Jagraon and promised “comprehensive assistance” in addressing their concerns promptly.

During the meeting at SSP Ludhiana Rural office on Monday, the DC emphasised that the district administration was fully cognizant of the issues faced by the millers and had been in dialogue with senior officials to resolve these challenges and ensure smooth procurement operations.

Jorwal also highlighted that Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Singh Mann had agreed to most of the millers’ requests. He assured the millers that all outstanding issues and demands would be addressed swiftly.Representatives from the Rice Millers Association, ADC KKulpreet Singh, SDM Simrandeep Singh, and other officials from various departments were in attendance.
